All sale items are final sale-- no exceptions. 

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM PURCHASE *WITH* RECEIPT AND TAGS ATTACHED. Returns will only be issued on a gift card and less the shipping charges if it was shipped. If this was a shipped item, the item has to be shipped back to us and delivered within 10 days. All sale items, accessories, jewelry, leggings and seasonal items are FINAL SALE- NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON! 
If you receive an item that is incorrect, and the mistake is on my behalf; I will gladly exchange the INCORRECT item, or send you a New CORRECTED item - ONLY if we're at fault for the mistake in the transaction. Initials will be done in the order you give them--Olivia Helen Varnado will show as oVh.
Shipping charges are non-refundable no matter what. All items will be sent with tracking. Once the package has been shipped, it is completely out of my hands. I do not replace or refund if a package is lost.
