All boutique items & gift items ship same or next business day or available for pick up the same day. All custom items are a 2 week turn around time or less.

NO refunds or exchanges on any of the custom items we make.

Boutique Items- 10 day return from date of purchase with receipt & tags still attached. No refunds are ever given, amount will be applied on a gift card only.
